• Offer available to existing Microsoft Dynamics ERP customers transitioning from Module Base Licensing to Business Ready Licensing and having between 1 and 10 ERP users (system managers).
• Additional Business Ready Licensing Users and/or Business Ready Licensing modules or granules must be purchased at the time of the License Model Transition (same purchase order).
• Standard License Model Transition (LMT) policy and restrictions apply as described in the Customers Services Guide. Customers deactivating modules within the last 6 months leading to LMT will either need to reactivate those modules or wait 6 months before transitioning.
• Protected List Price (PLP) from Module Based License will remain in effect under Business Ready license.
• Discount doesn’t apply to enhancement fee, Standard Enhancement Fees apply.
• Customers must be current on their enhancement plan to be eligible for this offer – this offer does not apply to lapsed customers.
